Rome - Phoenix, Lanny Merge remix (Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix)
(Below is the very French-looking band stylishly trying to look athletic. Or maybe they're just chasing a pink bunny mounted on the back of a ute. So much for polysemy.)
Personally, I prefer the original album version of Rome but then again, this video seems to be the epitome of 'hip' so why not?
Giving Up The Gun - Vampire Weekend (Contra)
This video broke the drought of my not-impressed-by-this-music-video spell.
That is to say, this video is impressive. And it has Jake Gyllenhaal in short shorts. What's not to like?

Noticing the trend that we are the only ones that comment on each other's posts?
Don't care much for the remix. Nor Vampire Weekend's new sound, but I think I am in sweet love with Jake Gyllenhaal, so it's all good.
Haha, you two. I thought C.L. had similar music taste? Where are C.L.'s comments?
Yes, original is much better. Ah, I loveeee Phoenix.
I also like no name's comment up above, re: Jake Gyllenhaal.
haha i do indeed appreciate this kind of music, but I always run out of bandwidth with which to appreciate the video clips, hence the absence of comments
brilllliant shot of phoenix by the way - the epitome of euro-cool those boys are!
