Perhaps a bit belated, but the truth of it speaks out all the same:
(it says 'Let issues be the issue')
To unity, freedom and hope,
~Hurley Who?
PS. On a totally unrelated issue, George W. Bush's IQ is reported to be 125. Apparently 95% of the world's population has an IQ of under 124.67. Below 80 is basically dumb, 100 is average, 140 and above is Stephen Hawking-Einstein freakin genius. So Bush's 125 indicates he has 'superior intelligence'. What a load... I'll never trust those IQ scams ever again!
PPS. Apparently Stephen Hawking isn't genius. He has is own level of IQ-dom. I Googled his IQ and some said 280 (what?!) and others 220 (hmm...). WOW! Einstein had an IQ of 161. Looks lame in comparison.
PPPS. This IQ thing is really addictive. Hitler - 141, Andy Warhol - 86, The Govinator - 135, Bill Gates - 160, Hilary Clinton - 140, Da Vinci - 220, Madonna - 140, Nicole Kidman - 132, Sharon Stone - 154 (WHAT?), Mozart - 165. I can keep going.... I wonder what Obama's IQ is?
PPPPS. Just Googled it. They say it's in the range of 130-148.
But these are all just estimates.

wow the US has truly been obamarised; but what is the biggest difference he realistically can make single-handedly? my dad reckons he'll be like rudd - pretty good with words, but a little less able in terms of taking action, but i guess we'll have to wait & see
nice work hurley who for bothering to google all those IQs!
well i'm not so sure what an IQ is supposed to warrant - genius? credibility? success?
- so why do we bother about a rough indicator that really isn't much of an indicator of anything in particular at all?
but none-the-less, tis still interesting to look at people's IQs
lol i'm tangenting again, so i'll just shut up now
Lets hope Obama makes the changes we need - at least him and his team will. I mean he's already got another bailout package, withdrawal from iraq and guantanamo bay in his to-do list. those are all HUGE changes, so maybe the hype is worth it.
and yes i think IQ is not a totally definitive answer to someone's genius. apparently it never changes over your lifetime and you can never study for it. it is literally your natural ability.
if we stake so much on him we're relinquishing all our individual responsibilities - he is only one man, albeit one powerful man with perhaps the most powerful govt in the world but that does not mean that they ARE the world's govt. If we allow the US to dictate what the fuck is happening in the next four years then i guarantee that nothing is going to change, except perhaps an even greater inflation of american egos in believing that they are democratic saviours bringing hope to a world (which they fucked up in the first place). in the end politics is complete bull.
